Drs. Kanani, Fransen, Rivera Garcia, and Associates practice a specific range of services that compliment the services of your family or general dentist.
Dr. Kanani is a Certified Specialist in Orthodontics and specializes in straightening teeth and improving bites with nearly invisible Invisalign aligners, clear cosmetic braces, and traditional braces for children, teenagers, and adults. Dr. Kanani is an Invisalign Premier Provider, placing him in the top 5% of the most experienced Invisalign Certified Doctors in North America.
Dr. Fransen is a Certified Specialist in Endodontics and specializes in root canal treatments.
Dr. Rivera has limited the scope of his dental practice to dental implants (and the related procedures) to replace missing teeth, as well as oral surgeries including complicated extractions, the removal of wisdom teeth, exposures of teeth, ridge augmentations, apical surgeries, biopsies, and the like.
Dr. Garcia has limited the scope of her dental practice to periodontics, deep scalings and root planings to remove calculus and debris below the gum line, conservative treatment of gum disease, crown lengthening, tissue grafting to cover up dental root exposures where there has been recession of the gums, frenectomy procedures, socket preservations, ridge augmentations, and cosmetic procedures to aesthetically enhance your smile including the removal of extra gum tissues to address patients with "gummy smiles". Both Drs. Rivera and Dr. Garcia also diagnose and treat oral pathology.

We work closely with your family dentist, but a referral by a dentist is not required to visit our office. We also welcome referrals from patients and friends of the practice as well as self-referred individuals that found our office by walking by, on the internet, or in a local advertisement or editorial in the newspaper.
